CALBAYOG CITY, Philippines—Samar State University (SSU) is currently participating in a coordination conference with Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU), Eastern Samar State University (ESSU), University of Eastern Philippines (UEP), and Adaptive Leadership International LLC (ALI) today, September 19, 2025, at NwSSU, Calbayog City, Samar. The conference seeks a potential forging of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ALI for a partnership engagement and innovation immersion in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
Representing SSU and the university’s proactive role in strengthening global linkages were University President Dr. Redentor S. Palencia, Vice President for Administration and Finance Engr. Lourdes P. Amante, and International Affairs Office Director Dr. Elmer A. Irene.
