SSU to join Antiao Creek Clean-up Program

The faculty, personnel, staff, and students of Samar State University are requested to participate the continuous city-wide Antiao River and Antiao Creek Coastal Clean-up Program starting tomorrow, February 23, 2019, 6:00 AM.

This program is linked to the initiative of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to conduct massive clean-up drives in the different coastal areas of the country.

The Acting City Mayor, Hon. Archie L. Fuentes, seeks the full support of the different agencies and offices in Catbalogan City.

The program will be held once a month or as often as necessary.

In connection thereto, participants are required to wear and bring the following:

White T-shirt and proper attire (pants and closed shoes). Excluding the uniformed personnel.

Reusable drinking water bottles/tumblers, protective gloves, cleaning materials (sako/garbage bags, silhig, gihay, sibot) are to be brought by each participant.
